It is a reminder to focus on what we have, not what we perceive that we lack and will help you develop the habit to think in this way. This journal is beautifully simplistic and perfect for those beginning a journaling practice or who feel they don't have much time to journal.
This journal and Lorraine Miller's website have been a blessing to me I've kept a journal before, you know all the details, thoughts, wishes kind of stuff, but this time it has become a more uplifting and even fulfilling habit.

Second time I have bought this. Simple and yet so helpful.
I love this gratitude journal. It is small enough to fit in my purse and the writing in it is very upbeat. It leaves just enough room for me to write and I like the way the sections are separated. The layout promotes use and the size makes it easy to carry. I would definitely purchase another one and I want to get several more journals for my friends.
